Our management approach is grounded in collaboration, creativity, and genuine care for the artists we work with. Led by Sam Ford and Rubi Piekalns, our team works closely with artists to develop intentional strategy, creative clarity, and sustainable pathways for their careers.
We champion long-term development, honest storytelling, and thoughtful planning, all while building a community around the music we believe in. We currently manage DICE and Devon Street, supporting them with a shared vision and a commitment to building something meaningful, both on and beyond the stage.
