Surrounded by rugged coastline and pristine national parks, the studio features architecturally curated accommodation, natural light, cedar-lined walls, and native jarrah floors, creating a space that inspires and brings a relaxing environment.

SAM FORD — FOUNDER / A&R / PRODUCER



Sam Ford is an Australian producer, mixer, artist manager and label founder with more than 25 years working across records and artist development.

As founder of Tone City, Sam’s focus is on identifying artists he genuinely believes in and working alongside them from the earliest stages — developing the music, making the records and helping build the team, strategy and world around the artist.

His production and mixing work spans ARIA, WAM and triple j award-winning and nominated releases, alongside extensive national and international radio support, with credits including DICE, Pond, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Old Mervs, You Am I, Birds of Tokyo, Art vs Science and Ta-ku.
